As CEO of the Denmark Chamber of Commerce Inc for over seven years, I learnt how to run an NFP at the community level. It’s a constant search for funding, to employ staff and keep doors open. One of the key take aways was the importance of the foundational strategic documents used to guide the work of the management committee.

Liz has recently worked with the Shire of Boyup Brook, facilitating the Rylington Park working group’s decision making regarding the future of the Park.

In 2025, she supported the local sporting groups in Denmark, to review their strategic and business plans, with the aim of consolidating their strategic, business and sponsorship documentation.
